ISDemos SMS Consent Process

ISDemos > ISDemos SMS Consent Process

ISDemos users can opt in to SMS text notifications inside the ISDemos mobile app on the Notifications settings screen.

The SMS text notification option is labelled “Allow SMS text notifications” and is optional. It is not pre-selected. Users must actively turn this option on before SMS messages are sent to them.

Consent language shown to users:

“By enabling SMS text notifications, I agree to receive SMS messages from ISDemos about my shifts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Turn this setting off or reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.”

The information popup on the same screen explains that messages may include shift offers, accepted shift reminders, schedule changes, check-in/check-out reminders, missing shift report reminders, and other operational shift notifications.

ISDemos SMS messages are non-marketing operational messages related to field staff shift management. They are not used for advertising, promotions, lead generation, or messages to the general public.

Message frequency varies depending on the user’s assigned or available shifts. Message and data rates may apply.

Users can opt out at any time by turning SMS notifications off inside the ISDemos app or by replying STOP to any ISDemos SMS message. Users can reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is optional and can be turned off at any time.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
