These Terms of Service apply to use of the ISDemos platform, mobile app, website, and related services.
Use of ISDemos
ISDemos is a software platform used for field staff shift management, including shift offers, scheduling, shift acceptance, check-in/check-out, reporting, and operational communications.
Users must use ISDemos only for lawful work-related purposes and must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information they are not authorized to access.
Notifications
ISDemos may provide operational notifications through the mobile app, email, SMS text message, or other available methods.
SMS Text Notifications
Users may choose to receive SMS text notifications from ISDemos. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use ISDemos.
By enabling SMS text notifications inside the ISDemos mobile app, the user agrees to receive SMS text messages from ISDemos about shifts and work-related notifications.
Messages may include shift offers, accepted shift reminders, schedule changes, check-in/check-out reminders, missing shift report reminders, and other operational shift notifications.
Message frequency varies depending on assigned or available shifts. Message and data rates may apply.
Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any ISDemos SMS message or by turning SMS notifications off inside the ISDemos mobile app. Users can reply HELP for assistance.
SMS messages are operational and non-marketing. ISDemos does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
